FORM AND FUNCTION
Design that fits to modern and classical architectures. It is offered with two different glass heights. The top glass can be opened for easy cleaning. The form designed to increase interaction with the salesperson behind the counter. “Vision” design with transparent polycarbonate pans and LED lighting or stainless steel pans.
COOLING
Inside the polyurethane monolithic case there are two compressors(over 16G and S45G models), two seperate cooling systems; in case of failure of one of the compressors, it saves time for the user to save the ice creams.
Heated and tempered front and side windows ensure that the visibility is not adversely affected by changing outside weather conditions.

Smyrna New Long is the largest gelato/ice cream showcase with 30
flavor capacity in single showcase. In its standard production there are
double compressors inside the unit; one Semi-Hermetic and one Hermetic.
Sustainable cooling in a large internal volume with strong cooling performance and unique insulation.
